The month of June passed by so quickly!
It’s been extremely hot around here so we mostly spend our free time (on the
weekends) at the local public pool. Emma looooves the pool! She especially
likes it when her grand-mother, grand-father, mamie and uncles joins her there J
When we’re not at the pool, her other
favorite activity is playing in our backyard where she shares her time between
her slide, her sand box, playing “tea time” and dunking all her toys in her
water table.
And now we’re almost at the end of July.
We are currently enjoying 2 weeks of vacation and right after that, my
maternity leave will start. The temperature is still abnormally hot, which
makes it difficult to go outside for a long time with a two-year old, but we
still manage to do fun things.
This morning we went to the farm! Emma
liked that very much, especially since it’s a fruit picking farm and she got to
eat a ton of blueberries. J Hopefully, the weather won’t be as warm next week and we’ll
be able to make it to Park Safari!
I almost forgot Emma’s favorite thing
about summer ... Popsicles!!!
